The main cryptsy threads are locked, bitjohn's email address is bouncing, bigvern is not responding, and I have been waiting on cryptsy support to provide me with a CSV report of my trade history for about 3 weeks now.

Theories to what's going on?

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

It ain't called "Craptsy" for nothing.

I haven't traded much on Craptsy for the past few months, but all of that sounds about average to me. If it doesn't take >24 hours for a withdrawal or deposit, it's a good day.

I had a support issue recently and it took about a week or so to resolve. Replying to support tickets did not solve anything and neither did creating new tickets since they just merged them and left them alone. Try to get in touch with a cryptsy staff member on btctalk that was how I got my issued resolved.
