Its coded in Java. I ask the Chinese to send the refund back to user who wants the refund. I sent the Chinese 10k for the developing of Shares. Pictures of the client and exchange will be showed to the investors on the 17th of this month.

Well that does not really look like Java . Sharesd.exe? --> Shares.0.8.6-win32-setup ---> 0.8.6 like Bitcoin-0.8.6-win32-setup.exe, so out of a sudden they also chose the same versioning? The Fake here is really obvious....I really really doubt that this is a java application ^^. Show us the contents of the Shares-src.tar or at least the classnames .

To make things clear the scam now really is obvious so please close this thread!

sure, he refunded also 0.05, 0.25btc, 0.12btc. And remember: You could only invest 0.1, 0.2, 0.5 etc.
If this is a scam, it is brillant. But I would refound a few to get more btc and then fire the bomb.

This certainly needs addressing

The other big one is that block_erupter said he would refund btc after 2 months if this doesn't work out, but apparently he does not have access to the wallet that is getting the btc.. I can't imagine why someone would assure people he'll pay back Investments when he doesn't have access to the funds invested.. Sketchy.

1. How many shares will be generated in the genesis block? Are all 100 Million generated and is mining done against a full wallet, or are new shares generated over time?
2. If 4 million are sold to investors and 96 million will be mined, are YOU getting any shares?
3. If you're just a spokesperson, how are you able to make decisions around the IPO?

does anybody know what is current state according to "adjustments to IPO" which happened
I can see that it was decided more than double initial investment to approx. 85 BTC
and what would investors get? still 5 million (and 95 million shares will be mined or it was changed again to 95mil for investors)? will be any more shares above these 100 mil?
did anybody check who is chinese (or real) developer and their intentions? I still believe in at least partial success of this coin.

If this continues the way it looks like it's going to, we should turn our attention to warning anyone investing in shares/frozen and any other projects block_erupter is associated with
