Yes, if you are not a good trading platform, every mining personnel will be reduced, popularity will not. The new coin every day now, out of many, therefore, selection is very much. This coin, Erwin felt much better than the moon, even the moon is on the platform, but the coin?

Consider whether send some coin to increase the popularity?

No, I am not His Holy Noodliness but I am his noodly discipline. His Holy Noodliness is currently moving in mysterious ways but I'm sure will be along shortly to confirm ;-)

Because not many people know about the coin. I got here only because one guy posted info on Dogecoin thread...then people come here and it's massively premined so it looks like someone launched a coin without getting much attention and now is trying to make it popular to dump it Smiley
Announcement here was made on the same day when the coin launched. It is not the way to do business Smiley Should be announced at least a week or 2 before.

We know peoples opinions differ on premining, but we believe a premined coin gives a dev more inventive to commit to a coin for the long term, and more ammunition to reward the community for their efforts promoting and growing the coin. A third of the premine is also for charitable purposes connected to Pastafarianism. We certainly won't be dumping it - it would be nice to sell a bit of the charity allocation, and indeed to see some reward for our own efforts at the same time, but we certainly won't jeopardize the work of our faithful miners and supporters by selling early, or in large quantities.

We think we've got quite a lot in common with Doge actually - both are coins that don't take themselves too seriously. Perhaps if you like the coin and feel it was a fair launch you could mention NDL to a few Doge miners, maybe they'd point a GPU or two at us once in a while.

We have been active about publicising the coin, and so have the community here, but it's tough to do much more without being spammy about it. It'd be nice to get trending on twitter - #NDL #NoodlyAppendageCoin if you have a minute.

I farmed this coin for a few days, finding it interesting, and respecting the fact that it was launched fairly, and has a very active dev in the thread. But I honestly don't know how it can end up on any exchange now that the network hashrate is at ~20MH/s.
I hope I'm wrong, because this coin deserves its place more than MOON for example.

Thanks, and the same to byteflush. We are as mystified as you are. Without naming any names, we certainly feel there are coins with listings and active trading communities that have less to offer than NDL. It actually tends to make us a bit cynical about the altcoin trading world, perhaps there is more going on behind the scenes than we thought when it comes to coins getting listed.

Its a chicken and egg situation - without an exchange, miners must take a chance that their costs/efforts may never be rewarded, but without miners we won't make it to an exchange. If that happens, we'll certainly be very disappointed - we've put a lot of time and effort in, and we don't just want to succeed for our own sake but also for all those who have stuck with us through the past couple of weeks. We'll remain optimistic and keep putting the grind in - I think if we can get listed somewhere small at first, some hashrate will return and things will snowball.

I didn't say that it is my way of thinking - I just heard some opinions and answered why we didn't get much attention. Looks like FSM Church will not adopt coin, I posted a thread on their forums and instead of being published I was banned permanently by some infidel...His Holy Noodliness will be upset BUT he will touch them one day!

Difficulty lower and lower. Mine it from first day, but... It goes to the end without promotion faster than doges, coynies or smth else, cuz it didn't even hit any exchange.

Where are the devs? They haven't been online for at least 18 hrs... And it's not even a rest-day.

Oh, and I'm mining because I simply want these coins. I don't care if it gets traded to BTC or whatever.

miners follow the money, there's 30 active miners at poolofpools because of the giveaway.  I'd hope that the churn that the giveaway pretty much guarantees was accounted for and that we're not looking at a 51% issue because of it.  Besides, sharks don't like pasta ;P

When I read "pooloffools", I get a twitch. I think they did something wrong in the past so I avoid them whenever possible (all of the time). The problem is - I don't really remember what they did...  Grin

I'm thinking we have a 100% issue here, all NDL miners are busy mining at PoP.. Smiley

There are still 2 miners (myself and mirek997) at http://ndl.cryptohashery.com, contributing about 1 MHs to the network speed.

If any of you are at PoolofPools please switch so that we get at least a 50/50 division, thanks!
