Wow those are high limits. I have anonymous cards from the same bank, brebank, and they are limited to 10,000 PLN in the whole lifetime of the card.

I see copied images of different cards from different banks. Most (if not all) of them just copied from other sellers or auctions.
Which ones are you actually selling? What expiration date?

You are completely right. Any limit higher than that would be a violation of laws against money laundering.

This is list of regulations of cards he is selling. Go to page 5 and you can see real limits.

That said, If what OP is telling is true these are NOT prepaid cards. These are cards that belong to somebody (drop probably). But judging from photos, I think that he is indeed selling prepaid cards, but with smaller limits.
