Great job, there are 120 investors involved now, hopefully we can finish the second IPO early, only 80 members remaining! Keep moving, some guys would like to focus the technical issues. The website fills lots of imagination, LOL.

The first 50 "investors" share 252.000.000 coins and the next 150 "investors" share 126.000.000.

Seems like a pretty bad deal to "invest" now.

Indeed, the train had already gone. Project has pretty nice distribution - 50 own 60% of wealth.

That is why 25% persons own 60% wealth.

Is this for real?? Its the first i have seen of VisaCoin but with the amount of posts on here its easy to miss a coin.

but from the lack of information here it seems a little suspect to a first time viewer.

from the looks of it I could make a post saying I have just created MasterCardCoin  say im launching an IPO. give you a link to a randomly created website with Under Development...

make 94BTC and then walk away.

rinse and repeat every few weeks to catch the new fish and before long ill be a morally corrupt financial rich arsehole.

I know you are already pulling in the money but please can we actually have some information and hopefully some kind of proof that this is a real coin with some kind of plan.

Please click this link-> https://mcxnow.com/?r=Stuartnorth       (The link is a referral link, it costs you nothing, but provides a little bonus for me if you click through to the site. Please help feed my baby. Thanks :-) )

Really? O_O
Are you guys completely out of your mind? 94BTC?

You do realize that there is absolutely no motivation for anyone to buy those VSC back later? even at same price...
Not me at least.
Why would anyone would?

My little faith in humanity let me hope that over 60% of this is from the dev sent to himself.
the other 40%, you asked to lose them...
Not sorry for your loss.

I can see you are well against the coin and its good to see someone is keeping on top of what is going on. But you are making random accusations on your thread - Linking multiple coins for seemingly no reason other than the fact that they are somewhat broken English and both have IPOs.

the other coins you mentioned actually have some info posted about them, I didn't look into the text to much but it would appear the concept of IMGcoin seems ok but the whole IPO seems a bit dubious again!

the easiest way for these types of issues to be resolved is for the mods to double check the IP addresses of the Original Posters and confirm if they are coming from the same address or not.

Im not sure how easy it is for the mods to do this on my old forum software it was as easy as click the "Show IP" button which appeared under the username.

but when that starts happening you end up getting into censorship issues and people start to worry etc etc.

best thing to do is warn people that it might be a scam but don't back yourself into a corner you cant come out of :-)

A website and logo means nothing on its own.  It takes 5 mins and a few dollars to set up which anyone can do.

We need to see the whitepaper and some techinal progress/development work.  Then we can evaluate if this is a serious project.

When will the whitepaper be ready? Or techincal information be released?

Before deciding to invest in VisaCoin, please spend a few minutes to understand what has been happening after substantial number of people have invested in this VisaCoin. I am one of those, and probably will be a victim.

Here is a real story with concrete evidence, as record of Blockchain cannot tell lies. You can check out evidence by clicking the links provided below.

The Visacoin developer has been changing the IPO rules, and keep receiving investment even the proposed number of investors have reached.

The developer has got the time to make a website, but can't even spend half a minute to correct my investment figure in the IPO summary table.
My investment is 2.5 BTC, but only 1 BTC is shown.  I have informed the VisaCoin developer about my investments several times in the past a few days.
In the Visacoin thread, other investors have suffered from similar problems.

Using the provided block explorer https://blockchain.info/address/1PmsmFaNQraZVbBv3Q13jmyucXVJfUo4Hb?offset=50&filter=0
Everybody can check using my BTC account number: 13gVWinUNnqAEDrnEDLwjeVPoLet4K8CBL.
Everybody can see that I have investigated two times (1.5 BTC, 1 BTC) with a total of 2.5 BTC.

Then Everybody can check my investment record (row 54, Ir**Ang) the IPO with the following link:
Google: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ApjQ5TKiRAK0dGdFZW1TRENFbC1Hc3Y5OWxaemtGS1E&usp=sharing

The irresponsible attitude of Visacoin team has made me as well as other investors worry whether VisaCoin is just a scam!

@ireneang
You got it right, i dont think him/them respect the people investing in their IPO/awful customer service.
Take note: when people email for inquiry you respond in a timely manner.
