I also watched its start, was same scamming surprises with MAX coin like with UTC recently, so, no respect at all to them both.

im getting unconfirmeds so it seems ok.

getting 612kh with asus 280x (790 scrypt)
and 570kh with gigabyte 280x  (740 scrypt)

these sound about right for this coin ?

I don't even know who he is, except for seeing that he's has some sort of investment TV show.  There's nobody more gullible than people who take investment advice from TV shows, so I'm thinking this will turn out well

I know the coin DEV's said they will keep a low profile but it's a bit too low don't you think?
Anyone heard anything? what about the wallet upgrade?

So far this coin is the coin I've mined the longest with my small 200 kh/s contribution, but it would be nice to hear future plans for the coin...

I think all GPU are pointed at max atm, still got another 70k blocks  till we hit 160k, then phase 2 will kick in.

Main point is; it will make coin ASIC miners resistant. This will be important properties because ASIC mining may fork small coins on future and make it unprofitable mining with GPU anymore)

Hi, I tried everything to get the wallet working, but still no effect.
- tried adjusting the config file with the new servers
- Even the manual command: "addnode ip add"  => is not working it gives me error: Method not found (code -32601)
- tried downloading the new unofficial microcoin wallet with the new poort settings
- disabled firewall and virusscanner
- check with a poort website poort 4444 or 44444 is not blocked

The wallet has one or two connections and after that it gives none. it doesn't update and download the blockchain
All the other wallets from other coins all work without errors.

please help me!!!

Change you rpcport and add one more node to microcoin.conf file (user/appdata/roaming/microcoin/) folder.

But in your log, there is port Bound to 4444
But maybe it's made with other conf file.
BTW looks like you have IPV6 enabled. I have issue with that with some programs.
How about if you try that; disable IPV6 in your network setting.

Nothing. It' just info for dev so they put new checkpoint.

If you have "Checkpoint is too old" error the wallet should sync even with that error.
We are just waiting for a new version which will not have that annoying error.
