Until you have a picture proof that you own what are you selling, you are considered a scammer. Simple as that.

Have you hear about "not guilty until proven" ? When someone want to judge you as bad person (scammer/stealer) he must doing it with proofs.
Its like,we can ruin everyone name on forums without proof just because we don't like/trust him? We can post on his threads "what a bad person and scammer" he is,leaving him negative feedback on the system (again without proofs).
How fair is that ? Ofcourse,everything which should be taken seriously must have proofs.
