Seeking a 0.03 BTC loan (Collateral)

Hello! I'm seeking a 0.03 BTC loan to be retuned within the next two weeks. As for collateral I do not own altcoins, if it is ok I ask to use canadian or american dollars as a collateral physicaly sent through mail by a reliable escrow. I can send up to $40 dollars as the collateral. Please only trusted menbers.
