Firstly , do not give your private key to anyone. Secondly, use a hardware wallet. Be very careful. This two steps will help you to secure your account.

We will make sure that our email account is not connected to another account that we do not recognize.We should always review our linked accounts because it could be in the wrong use of irresponsible people.We do not store bitcoin in large amounts on bitcoin exchanger site because it is dangerous.We will not forget to back up our bitcoin wallet.

I suggest you use hardware wallets Smiley for example,

Nano Ledger S – Hardware Wallet

Nano Ledger S is just as secure as the other two hardware wallets. It is popular because of its relatively low price of $65 compared to its competitors. Being smaller than KeepKey, it is more portable and easier to carry around. It is a hardware wallet that comes at a very competitive price.

It is true many people have loss their coins due to d following reasons:-

* storing coin on exchange
* transacting on public wifi
* not keeping pass key or private key prooerly
* sharing private key with friend which can in turn sell to enemy for personal benefit
If anyone fall a victim of the above listed, may likely lose coin, that is d more reason one av to be extra careful in d cryptocurrency world bcos their are lots of scammer and fraudster everywhere, u never can tell who it may be. Careful is d watch word

hello guys,
Recently i've heard about many people lost their bitcoin. Someway their private keys have been leaked and hackers get access to wallet. So what measurements i have to take to secure my bitcoin and prevent it from stealing ?

I think the best way to secured bitcoin is to don't trust anyone because you can only trust yourself because even your friends can make bad things on you. Actually my friend experience that he trust my friend but my friend get his bitcoin.

There are many ways to secure your bitcoin or to protect it
1. never give your password to anyone, the most common thing.
2. beware of phishing websites. Double check what the sites you are entering. This might cause your bitcoin to be gone
3. update anti virus.
4. Use two factor authentication. It might be hassle but one of the most effective way to secure your acc

to prevent hackers mate you should use a secure wallet that had a 2FA authenticator to assured it safe. but i suggest also to stay away to those people  who always send a link or always convince more people to browse their because of some reason. 'cause it either a phishing link or virus to obtain your personal information such private key password and etc. 'cause even your wallet secured there still a possibility to brute force your wallet and etc.

To secure your btc, make sure the website you're opening is private or the right site to open. Nowadays, hackers are using almost the same name of the site to get your coins, so make sure to check it. It is more advisable to open your wallet through acc add or json file w/password. Some users said it's safer. Also, never give your PK or password to anyone, who would do that? It's private so keep it to yours only.

Bitcoin-cards are simple for replenishment / writing-off of funds from the wallet when the user is located anywhere in the world, convenient for currency conversion.

to secure your bitcoin wallet you should provide two-factor security that is always connected using a device like your smartphone, and keep your private key in the safest place and do not let you put in a public place.

We shouldn’t be naive when it comes to securing our assets because that’s where a lot of people end up making mistakes. Most of the stories about people losing their wallets are because the hackers most of the time got access to their wallets by phishing which is why we shouldn’t trust an links in our inbox.

according to my experience, I think the most important thing is security about our own PC or laptop you have. the most important point is always to activate security or with internet security owned by some pre paid hardware. I think it's good to be paired for all prevention like spam and phirsing.

The best way to secure your bitcoin is to store them in hardware wallets like Trezor and Ledger Nano. Apart from bitcoins, you can safely store other cryptocurrencies in hardware wallets.

Regular backups of a bitcoin wallet are essential to protect against computer failure, theft and human error, but never store them online, especially if the backup is not encrypted. And always use the latest version of bitcoin software, and use a password that is at least 16 characters long.

If you want to secure bitcoin. Never give anyone a wallet access, keep it to yourself. Because if you make the slightest mistake like someone knows your private key, maybe your bitcoin will be lost.

I think all of this happen because of our own mistake,because of our little mistakes we have to pay a big penalty. If we become careful of our privet key and never disclose it to others we can keep it safe also we need to install full virus security in our computer or laptop.

To secure your bitcoin I will suggest you strong not to share your private keys with anyone. Be very conscious about this and this will be best if you can use a hardware wallet for this instead of mainstream wallets.
