  I am wondering if anyone here is familiar with any assembly companies that I may have not found in my research. I checked through 30+ companies and am wondering if there are cheaper ones out there.

The project is;

I supply the parts and PCBs
35 BOM line items
61 individual components
Single Sided SMT
Lead Free
59 SMT parts (THT included)
1 BGA package (Spartan-6 of course  Smiley )
1 QFN package
5 THT w total 13 pins

  Looking for a per board cost for single boards up to 300 boards and everything in between. I've found what I believe is the best price out there from a 'real' company. Hoping others have some they would not mind sharing. Many thanks in advance.

   Cheers,
     Derek

If you're not excited by the idea of being an early adopter 'now', then you should come back in three or four years and either tell us "Told you it'd never work!" or join what should, by then, be a much more stable and easier-to-use system.

Our company could do it for you - but we rarely are the lowest cost provider.  If you're planning on offering a warranty on what it is that you're building, make sure that the assembly company will be X-Ray inspecting the BGA.  Without X-Ray inspection, I wouldn't warranty anything with a Spartan 6 for longer than 12 hours.

  Thanks for the advice. I will not be reselling but do of course intend to have them x-rayed. Every company so far I have found that can actually place the BGA's also offers X-ray inspection.

  What is your company info so I can look into you?
