Avatar and my activty....

When do you get the ability to upload an Avatar?
Why have I been stuck at 14 activity for DAYS?, sorry for asking another activity related question but when will the activity of 14 go up? I love these forums and I'm surfing, posting, PMing or doing something on it for hours a day! It will be nice to not have to wait 360 seconds between every post or PM and 90 seconds for every search.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Of course you will be stuck at 14 activity for days as it requires a 2 weeks duration to jump to the next level (and you posting enough)
avatar modification is currently disabled for everyone.
