How would the exchange work?
For example there is a Bob who wants to buy 1 NEU @ 0.1 BTC from Alice.
Where Alice has to send her BTC? Who does controll this wallet?
How fast will be depositing and withdrawing?
Any fees?

Can you explain this further?

"we achieved a staggering speed of 91.037 sec between the sender's sending command and the actual arrival of the coins at the targeted address."

Is 91 sec for irrevocably confirmed?

What is the speed for acked but unconfirmed? Bitcoin is 1 or 2 seconds. That is staggeringly fast, not 91 secs.

The speed of acknowledging is directly linked to the Proof-of-Death system, which is from near instant, to a few seconds, depending on the sending-arrival locations of the nodes in the system. We emphasized more on the 91.037 sec because companies are generally more interested in the confirmation time (to avoid losses) rather than the acknowledging time, which is a pretty universal one (people are content with ACK time). Also 91 sec is a pretty fast confirmation time in our eyes, firstly because it tops other crypto's, and secondly because it's an always evolving parameter, able to be cut into, and reach 20 sec let's say. We will update the main post with this info, as it's clear that we did not post every tiny bit of information on many aspects.

Just as your everyday exchange site works. You have 2 ways of doing this, either see the sell order by Alice and complete it by either "quick-buy" or by manually inputting your NEU/BTC ratio and quantity. Or by sending to Alice's address 0.1 BTC (BTC addresses can currently be managed by our wallet), and if she agreed to beforehand, she will manually send you her 1 NEU.

Fees will be 0.01% for any type of action.

The question is who will controll all amount of BTC deposited to the exchange?
If its only one person the system would be centralized or I miss anything?

No one controls the exchange system. Lets put it like this: you decide to sell 10 NEU at 0.005 BTC each. 10 NEU are blocked by your wallet, and made unavailable for you until you cancel the sell order. If there is a buyer, he buys the blocked amount (10 NEU), and you receive the 0.05 BTC.

Reserved, you are taking the right steps into an IPO. This is least likely to be a scam out of all the IPO's, work has gone into this.

Visacoin's paper? What's joke, it is more like "blah, blah, blah". If he did not post that "white paper", the investors can at least have some hope.

That's a massive block of text, i don't think we can just edit it in the main post, and make it look presentable Grin. But we'll think about it, as it sounds solid. Also, we'll post addresses for other various currencies if people ask for them.

edit: just took a look on the documentation hosted on Google Drive, wow they really messed up some of the text in there, will look into it shortly.

I ment announcing that the white paper is online.
I did it but didn't have any response yet, maybe you should.

Also i don't think accepting other currency's is a good idea as it will mess up the % of the share, or will require some work.

It won't mess up the shares percentages, as the received amount of coins will be calculated at the current BTC price of that coin. Basically it's exactly as sending bitcoins.

Ok, let's count together how many times the White Paper is being talked about in this whole thread, including when it was uploaded and what it contains.

1 time in the 6-Jan-2014 update written in a red font directly at the top of the main post
1 time in the comments, when i specifically said that we uploaded it to 2 mirrors
2 times in the comments of this very page, regarding it's contents

So if you want to come about and flame on people, it's ok, but you better do your homework and find some real problems to rant about.
Here it is, specifically for you. It's worth a read.

In physics, 1000 neutrinos do not become a neutron Tongue Tongue. Anyway, it's just a matter of time until a Boson/Proton/Electron coin to be released.

How about donating all of the btc submitted to the ipo to Sean's Outpost.  Since Neutron is so cool and you only need the btc donations for distribution, no real reason to keep the btc sitting around.
