Doubt it would be profitable. ASICs overtook GPUs long ago. They're far more efficient, which means they can mine more (and push up difficulty) for far less power. You would be spending 20c in electricity to make back 1c in BAT.

Not sure if the dev is still around to do a new wallet. You can always give it a try yourself using Mingw. It should be possible.

This github link is the 1.3 version of the wallet. Not the 1.4. The 1.3 does not synchro.

Since the closed markets issue on Cryptopia, I want to withdraw my BAT on a offline wallet. I'll pay for the 1.4 windows version, which I can't find on the whole web. If you have this executable, Batcoin-qt.exe (1.4), and are interested on selling it to me, make me an offer in this thread.

If you get really stuck, you should be able to generate an address with your existing client, and withdraw to that. You don't need a synced client in order for a third party to be able to send funds to one of your addresses.

(This assumes there's no change in address formats between the two versions, of course, but a coin wallet update which breaks existing addresses seems unlikely.)

Edit: I have 7 peers which are all running 1.4.0.1, so it's out there. I'm sure someone will be nice enough to give it to you for free. I would help if I could, but I am running BAT under *nix, compiled from source.

I haven't think of this solution… So I’ll give a try with the 1.3 version, but… I'm not sure it will work. I’ll try to send some in and then out back to Cryptopia, for seeing. I’ll do that after this post with a small amount and tell you the result. Anyway, thanks for your answer. And again, i would be glad to pay for the 1.4.0.1 executable version for windows.

Edit : mmm…. Doesn’t look cool… After 2 or 3 mm "pending", this is now "processing" for about 10 mn, but no transactionID appears. I have to use a BAT address which as never being used, and https://prohashing.com/explorer/Batcoin/ tells me "Address not found".
