It is not unexpected to see that 8 remaining teams, but I definitely didn't expect to watch "extra time" for 5 of the last 8 knockout matches.  |

Costa Rica were a big shock to be in the QF, not because they beat Greece, but just by getting out of their group. I think they were 60/1 to win that group before the world cup, massive shock.
