Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Admin is not dead Smiley All accounts unlocked. Rabbit payouts sent: http://rabbitco.in:8080/block/520576866c59dbe7dc3c773d686aaac8c9059e919b4c9e7a29b5117d4fa4b7d1

Smartcoin is in a weird fork state. I think our pool is pretty much the only thing that updated to the correct fork, but I'm not sure. Anyways, I'll resume payouts for it momentarily.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for mining with us!

When are we getting a few new coins, there has been quite a few new decent coins that popped up and it makes me want to jump to other pools since its not on here Sad and I dont like touching my happy miners, especially since there is such a nice structure on this site to allow me to move miners on the site and not in my config files.

Yup... definitely need some Scrypt-N for the transition and FLT as it's still pretty solid.

I do really hope you keep up with the pool dude. This is one of the few pools I've been on that doesn't skim coins (or skims only a couple %). I get pretty close to what coinwarz estimates (within 5% variance or so). Other pools I'm lucky if I get 85% of what's suggested, sometimes down to 50-60% averaged over a few days.

I think a lot of pools think miners don't check... but a lot do and it does make a difference.

You could probably disable the unused coin pools or unprofitable ones to reduce the amount of work you have to do on upkeep so you can add more pools that people want to use.

Good suggestion.  I used hash.so exclusively for awhile when I first got started.  I loved the coin switch on the site as I am in front of a computer most of the day and could easily switch on to whatever I wanted.  Had a few issues similiar to whats been mentioned recently and have not been back.  May give it another try.

I have a question - I joined and see the list fo coins you can mine on the left- but I don;t see where you select which coin to mine?
2nd) you you have to have a separate address to be paid out for each type if coin?
3rd) is this pool auto switching or do I have to select the coin and if so - how do I select the coin - it's not readily apparent other than seeing a list on the left side of the home page

finally - I see some miners with certain btc amount/day next to their names in the pool list - is it possible to see what type of coin they're mining?

thanks in advance

You know I said something like the above and now the Dogecoin is returning utter garbage for coins. I got about 30% of the coins I should today. Even the site says I should've received 5x as many dogecoins as I did (in the pool view). WTF is going on? Yesterday was bad too, but not this bad.

same thing on p2pool. from 250 to 80 payout.

I think there is something wrong with Doge. This happened a few times over the last month. But a few days a go my payments went from 200 to 600. so I'm thinking it evens out but I haven't done the math. It is weird since the random payment is gone and my hash has not changed.

TLDR: I think it's Coin wide payout, not specific to Hash.so

Ah... wouldn't surprise me if someone is abusing dogecoin in some way.
