Cool giveaway, sadly, I do not need 20 GH/s but it will be a pretty nice bonus for newbies. 
But, it does not seem you'll make nearly as much money as the money you've spent from purchasing the mining power.
From that, I suggest escrow.  I can escrow this trade for free (because I support giveaways to newbies )
