Hi there,

So I got informed about that bitcoin things during the weekend and a pal of mine showed me that site, http://fishdawg.com/FreeBitcoin where I could get some free bitcoins for filling out surveys and doing stuff. So I went on this site, and I completed a couple of offers, and they got "awarded" but I did not receive my bitcoins for that. So I asked that pal, and he did some himself(he lives inside US, I am in germany here) and he claims that he received his payout almost instantly after it got awarded. What is wrong here? Or is this site some kind of scam? I mean it's listed on the bitcoin wiki page...

hmm, that site used to pay out, until it all stopped last week(in germany here too)... dunno what happens but it's kind of strange if they pay out US traffic and keep on us europeans... I'll try it, just wait a sec...

Ok, so I can confirm this. I just did some survey with my local IP, and it shows "Awarded" within superrewards, however i did not get the Coins. I then used one of my US machines, wiped my browser cookies and cache, did an US survey and I got credited. this is surely weird, have you contacted the site owner about this?

Yeah I tried these surveys and after they take all personal information it soon ends with 'Sorry, you didn't qualify for this survey'.  By that stage they have everything they need, having sucked out more personal info than Facebook asks for on a good day.

Be wary of these survey sites.

Also worth noting the reward for survey completion is about 0.0038 BTC if I recall correctly.

Same problem in Belgium. Three surveys and too much personal information.
I even have to send a text to my cell to claim it, I'm not stupid :p

The support is really good. If you didn't get your bitcoins within a few minutes, send an email to the address on the website.

Thank you guys for trying. wow wut a waste of time! lol. .03, .0038 I'm sure you guys spent 1 hour or so and honestly answered the questions. These sites need to go in the trash bin. Seriously.
