Still holding my noble!
Me too I think everyone is. But I still find it very odd that our price keeps dropping.

Free bump for Noble team. NOBL is the only coin that has been of any real IRL use for me. I bought an amazon gift card through the marketplace, and within the hour I received my gift code in my email box. The prices are very competitive and the team is very committed.
However, you guys have to understand that in the altcoin market, no one gives a sh** about long term. It's pump and dump. Look at EAC. same thing happening over there.
Why would I use NOBL to buy stuff? I have BTC for that. BTC price is way more stable, cant be influenced by multipools, etc. I understand the idea though

... You could use a multi-pool. I use coinshift.com right now since they're in beta with a 0% fee and have been one of the more profitable pools.
OK, I just used this for 24 hours when I was at casino (18 hour session and on 3 hrs sleep..uugghh) and I have to say It's pretty horrible. 0.00214467 BTC for 1.4 Mh/s Your better off Mining LTC than this pool I think. Just a quick question. Who is actually your target audience which you would like to address with NobleCoin?
I have been reading BCT a lot and I wonder how the BCT thread is helping getting NobleCoin out to the targetted audience. All I know is that the current market is flooded by daytraders who have no interest in legacy of a coin but have interest in the cash they can make. Also, the current miners population is scared of ASICS and are forcing their fears onto to the daytraders by demanding changes to the algo. But in fact, the ASICS are not bad, they actually contribute. Unfortunatly they also mean that those who invested in big rigs are then put on the side track (hence the fear). Also the smaller miners will no longer go for Noble as there is no profit for them but they will find other coins and can sell those to buy NobleCoin. So as far as the NobleCoin perspective, it does not matter who mines what as long as it gets mined. And having said that, that leaves my initial question, who is the target audience of NobleCoin? Clearly it can't be daytraders and miners (right?)
Well thats a simple answer. It's those that believe in the coins stated goals. Free bump for Noble team. NOBL is the only coin that has been of any real IRL use for me. One dev ran off with half(?) EAC pre-mine, no comparison. I wish people would stop using that coin in the same sentence as NOBLE. WHY buy with noble instead of BTC? Well I dunno??? maybe because you get a 12% Discount!!! That my friend is called FREE money. I have collected to date about $700 in amazon gift cards in a few months time with 3 GPU's. I think playing the market has helped but I couldn't have done that with other coins I don't think. And as soon as my GPU gets returned from RMA and I buy a few more with the stash of gift cards I have I will triple my Holdings of Noble in a week and laugh at all those that don't have any and continue to miss the bus all the time with it right under their noses. This coin is the best kept secret that's not!

OK guys just a heads up. I've been following alot of the exchange threads do to the rash of failures/hacks and whatnot and it looks like something is rotten in the state of Denmark. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=265277.1180I removed all my coins a week ago and I recommend you all get what your not afraid to lose. I don't want to be an alarmist and help cause a panic but It looks bad so protect your Noble.

Interesting how you like to compare Noble with EAC. Both prices are doing bad, but caused by different things. EAC almost died because one of the devs left, prolly dumped the premine and the other devs had theur own problems and didn't do a good job. Noble has a fantastic dev with a healthy longterm vision and wasn't interested to spend his money to have a quick pump. The reason Noble price is low is just because all altcoins are doing really bad. And the reason you want to use Noble to buy stuff is because the transaction go quicker.

Thanks for the heads up I really hope nothings wrong coz coinex is my favourite exchange but as they say better safe then sorry especially with all that's going on these days. On the bright side everything is working fine for me trades, deposits and withdrawals, I will continue to use them but will be mindful of how much I keep on there. Free bump for Noble team. i will agree that the development of scrypt asic miners can be problematic, however the 1 block difficulty readjustment rate will probably have an effect on the rate of their use in regards to Noble.
also having the ability to directly purchase precious metals with Noble will be seen as an advantage by many people, and even more so within the prepper community. so that may be an area of interest, as far as advertising is concerned.
now i can't say much for areas outside of the united states in regards to this, but what i can say, is that within the united states there is a growing mistrust when it comes to government. and the acquisition of precious metals is one of the items at the top of their lists ( for use as trade, if the USD collapses). and since it is a way to retain the value of ones holdings, and not to increase ones wealth, i don't BELIEVE that it falls under the capital gains tax code.
also from what i have read recently, the taxes involved with crypto, revolves around the tax code for services rendered. if anyone has more complete info on that it would be GREATLY appreciated. as i need to make a number of calculations, and after being out of the whole crypto circut for about 3 weeks, i'm playing ( what seems like) at what seems like a faustian endeavor.
but i digress, the ability to tie Noble directly to precious metals should have a stabilizing effect on the currency. and has the ability of bringing in a consumer base that was otherwise ( for the most part) uninterested in the crypto industry. and might i just add ( from personal experience) the prepper community is not afraid to invest in their future nor do they typically shy away from large investments, when they perceive that their future can benefit from said investments.

As the dev of another coin put it: Will there be media attention at the event yes, will they be covering the event as a whole rather than granting news coverage to individual coins? Likely. The connections that would be made and the experience itself would be incredible and something I would love to take part in. However I must always look at DopeCoin as a business and make sure I take the proper steps to be as effective as possible.
In fewer words.... I'm not sure yet lol.

I see MintCoin is now accepted by http://bongocoin.com/. Is this a company EAC should be associated with? At this stage I have no idea if BongoCoin is a reputable company, but it definitely has potential.
