Including all info. here as all services/business representation/updates etc. will relate to NobleCoin also. Here are updates on my end.

- 14 hours driving over 3 days (sorry for my apparent quiet)!
- We're pretty much at a quarter of BTC raised in 10-15% of the allotted time
- Registered with AUSTRAC AML/KYC programs (education/advice) - edit: This is not an official enrolment, I want to get on the radar and work closer regarding businesses and cryptocurrencies, it is educational/open dialogue
- Submitted Second Hand Dealers License Registration - Canberra (Verified Perth Mint account already established) - finally all paid for
- Verifying Independent Reserve (Australia's Regulated BTC exchange) Account
(currently use government ID verified Bit Trade Australia for all BTC>fiat transactions)
- Registering Noble Trading Name (Under ABN) - Creating a Registered Company (rather than Sole Trader) is next

I have been meeting with professionals and friends in Canberra (private and government) planning a blockchain-focused technology business/consultancy/think tank (that represents, uses and accepts Noble cryptocurrencies). This 1-page summary might be a better representation of NOXT and our direction rather than the long whitepaper (that many understandably don't want to read) - but more info. will come. It is basically everything we've been doing this past year but taking a more regulated/registered/legal/business approach.

These changes for NobleCoin wallet 1.1.0.3 have also been running smoothly on multiple computers for a few days, we will push them out this week Smiley

Quote
- Hardcoded super seed nodes (no more sync/.conf file issues)
- Fix .pro qt files and builds
- Fixed the windows thread problem (this is what caused the previous windows builds issues)
- Cleanup dead files
- Removed loops and updated codebase to qt5 compatible (longevity and greatly increased compatibility)
- Patched thread issue with Windows
- Made new windows 32 bit client all-in-one (static) one file/one click update
(this has all up to date libs including SSL J,. etc)
- Fixed the ugly splash image!

PoS is also obviously heavily discussed and on a priority level - I will share as soon as we're ready.

Now that's something real everyone in the scene has been waiting to see. NOXT is seeing steady sales, and nobl will soon find its proper value and place among the contenders in 2015 I think.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I'm really curious to see how much Nobl gets converted in the end! I can tell I've stocked up a bit for the swap Smiley

The good old days (till they turned bad ofcourse Wink)

I think Rofo can do it. He invests a huge amount of time in the business side of development. As he is not a pro coder (he can do some basics to maintain wallet), I think it is a wise path to choose a platform that does not require code maintenance on his part (for the NOXT part atleast, right?) and instead focusses on what he does best.

yeah, rofo seems to be a great business man. Wouldn`t be surprised if you can get some investments like DGB. Australia is pretty open regarding cryptocurrency. So why don`t support a coin that comes out of australia?

Digibyte is oriented to the asian market, and talking about exchanges and volume Asia is the place!

Very unlikely to see any round of funding here unfortunately

Does anyone have an updated list of nodes? I seem to only get a few connections to the network and I am having to redownload the blockchain.

What you mean is there a new wallet already?

I synced my wallet this morning with no problems

I'm only able to get 5 connections to the network and it is not syncing. It just says "out of sync" but yet I have connections... Huh

Someone feeling threatened again? Or maybe a move to get cheap coins? I'm not at home so can't check wallet right now.

Pikuchato reckons that it is because the last block was 6 hours ago, so the wallet thinks that it is out of date but actually isn't. Makes sense to me, but I still don't fully understand how it all works!

My thoughts as well. If such investments come, I would expect them from australia first.

Yes, Australia seems to be very interested in adopting and integrating crypto.
