I used to worry all the time. I still worry, but not as much. Used to worry about what to say to people, co workers. Even would rehearse small talk in my car on my way to work; Just so I didn't make an ass of myself. Everyone hates stress but dealing with people was one of my big issues especially coming from a 7-year-long period of being not employed. I turned into a mountain man not being around people with only friends and colleagues on the Internets. Thankfully I grew up, got a job and don't worry as much.

Alcohol helped though.

Think positive and don't focus on things that stress you out.  This life is the only one you may have so don't waste it with the negative.

Sometimes only drugs can cope with stress. You must go to the doctor. Let everything be good with you

stress is a nightmare, but you can deal with it to heal yourself, you can try meditation it's a great way to relax and clear your mind from all negativity surrounding you, it will isolate you from the whole problems if you reach certain levels by meditating, it will show the right path by listening to your soul,
you have to start even its a lil bit hard at first but you will find yourself so fast, you will learn to really face your problems and fixing them without no anxiety, u must try !

How to deal with severe stress by doing hobbies that you want to do is the easiest way. A hobby is an activity that is believed to calm one's mind if done. The goal is to get a pleasure to be a special entertainment for the mind and soul of the person. In fact, doing a hobby can make a person become excited after a tiring activity.

Whenever do I feel I'm too stressed out at work or at home? I make it a point that I'll play a game to ease the stress. Playing games for me is a stress reliever. Whenever I play games, I forget every bad experience I felt for a while. The next thing I knew? I'm already OK!

The b est advise I can give you is to learn to spend more time with your loved ones, like your friends and family or your significant other, and learn to appreciate it as if you are living your last few moments here on earth. When spending precious moments with your loved ones, you should always remember to not think about the negative thoughts or don't bring the negative vibes when you are going to meet them or when you are about to enter your home. Just leave it where it should be, if you are getting it from work or school, then leave it there. Bringing your negative vibes or negative thoughts to your home and loved ones will not do any good.

You have to learn to vent out to your loved ones. Sometimes having someone to talk to is just the way to do it. It may be simple but it really is effective. I always try to find someone to talk to about my problems and stress, it somehow feels that it lightens my burden.

I think the best way to deal with stress is to do something what give you happiness. Some kind of listening music, playing video games, or visiting another city/country

I smoke a joint, and all my stress melts away!
That could also make you complacent though.
