Stress haunts us.

The best way to deal with it is to remove what's causing it. If you run away from it, it will still be chasing you.

Find someone/something you really love and enjoy in that as much as you can. That will relax you. It's impossible to completely remove the stress but you can lower it to acceptable level.

I usually sweat it out. Either I go to gym or do a sport. Then have a long comfortable dead log sleep. Cheesy

When you are alone, breathing and body scan meditation are really helpful.
At least they worked for me. It's a very stressful period, with my bar exam approaching... And that kind of meditation actually helped. A lot

you might need to relax a bit and have fun with your life, people find hard to get sleep at night because of stress are quite serious medical issue. I had that before, try to drink milk before going to bed because it helps a lot when you are going to sleep.

Please don’t get offended, but it already shows in your username...BATTLESCARS. I mean why choose that name? Either you just based it from a movie or your favorite online/computer game, or you have actually gone through something in the past that have left scars in you and you are still carrying it up to this very moment. Unconsciously, this may be causing or contributing to your stress attack. Piece of advice, I don’t know your religious background, but whenever I’m stress, I pray to God. Having a personal conversation with God relieves me of my burdens. He truly enlightens me making me fresh after our talk. Try it..as long as it’s from your heart, He will take your stress away..God bless. Smiley

If stress is due to work, then you need to take the day off .. stress affects very badly on the body and the immune system. You can travel to the nature to breathe air, make an appointment for a relaxing massage of the whole body, go to the gym and beat a pear or run.

The only way to prevent yourself from stress is to think positively and to enjoy what you are doing.
