Avoid thinking or dealing with your problems at all costs!
At least when you don't have to!
Exercise, go to bed at a suitable hour and get enough rest, keep clean; eat healthy and always keep in mind that worrying will not get your problems solved - it will only make them worse.

After a week of work, learn to relax by doung something you really enjoy. Going out with your friends can also help you keep sane.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

1. First wear easy cloths (loose cloths) and sit down on floor or bed.
2. Put your both hands on palm. now start observing your breath.
3. Close your eyes.
4. Now inhale breath and count to ten.
5. Stop breath inside also count to ten.
6. Release breath also count till ten.
7. Stop breath outside and count to ten.
again repeat  Step 4 to step 7 for further 10 times.

You will certainly feel very light, energetic and stress free.

I think you must have some good relax music to deal with stress. Or maybe have some hobby, which relaxes you.

Control your feelings and emotions. If you're tired, give yourself a break. Do not kill yourself. Relax and be positive. Do anything you want for a day. And then, right after that, go back to work and be productive.

One of the best way to overcome stress is to ho a a quite place wherein you can only see is the beautiful nature and take a deep breathe while looking to the wonderful scenery think about the things that you've been through and how did you overcome it. After which think about your problem or the cause of your anxiety then set your mind that you can do it what ever it happens. Enjoy the nature and smile.

Edge yourself for several hours on a Saturday afternoon, then bong 4 beers. Head to the strip club and proceed to get a hot lap dance and blow a huge load in your pants. Then try to get out of there unnoticed, its funny and exciting.

It's different with everyone but for me, if I'm stressed i go to the gym. If i already went and I'm kinda sore, i walk without music on. It gives me time and clears my head. A long walk in the middle of the night in a park with the cool breeze in my face really relaxes me

I think you do not sleep because of thoughts that worry you all the time. In this situation, only a person with whom you can talk will help you! With this person you need to discuss everything that excites you! Do not necessarily wait for advice, you just need to discuss.
Usually it helps me
Also I want to note that alcohol and drugs will only aggravate your situation!

I deal with stress through exercise or going for a long walk in the countryside.

Both are effective but obviously if you live in a big city, sometimes it is hard to get out into the countryside.

exercise is the most important factor to reducing stress in my eyes.

It is the perfect way to relieve stress, nothing makes you feel more alive than pushing your body.

If you feel stress then you should take break and relax for a while and drink water or juice, talk to your friends, and if possible take a power nap.

Hmm if you can't sleep and have anxiety you could try acupuncture, i've heard for those problems it's better than regular medicine.
