lol now that's just funny  Cheesy

But anyways, no one says you can't enjoy herb, just buy it the old fashioned way like most people do. Plus the legality of it is slowly becoming diminished as more states Decriminalize it so you shouldn't worry in the first place if you want to smoke bud

Well, I think you should wait until it's decriminalized legal where you buy it or consume it.

definitely.  wait. no not decriminalized.  but perfectly legalized.  getting caught is NOT what i'm worried about.  it's the fact that it's ILLEGAL in the first place.  making me question WHY?  i honestly think superstitiously that everything has a reason.

Yeah, sorry for my choice of words. I meant legal.

No one has actually answered the OP's original question.  Do the FBI actually have the private keys and the ability to transfer the Bitcoins they have seized?

Also, whoever thinks the FBI weren't going to try and shut down the Silk Road obviously had no idea what they were selling on there.  Pot was definitely not the issue.

Depends on your state laws, weed is slowly becoming more accepted and that's fine by me.

But if you were a responsible adult, you wouldn't need to smoke weed to find satisfaction in life.
Yeah, you can relax while gaming.  Cheesy

gaming gives me headaches.  anything with 3D..  and candy crush sucks.  i prefer TV and mining Grin
Candy crush ain't gaming, it's a time waster. Skyrim, CS:GO, CS 1.6, BF4 and so on is.
BF4 is a bugged shit.

Illegal, I love this word. It basically says that if someone with power decides you can't do something you just can't because you are inferior and have to obey. If you were a slave working on a plantation it was illegal for you to leave without owner's permition, it used to be illegal for women to wear short skirts and so on. Now they say you can't smoke weed, you obey because it's ILLEGAL. What if someone said drinking coffee is illegal, or watching porn?  Wink

They have the private key but they can't legally spend it. If Ross was convicted (or if he already was,  I'm really lazy to google it), it would be sold to the highest bidder on an auction or something like that.

i'll start the bidding at 0.056 bitcoins
You have to physically participate in the auction and bet fiat, specifically US dollars.

What are you even talking about. Depends on the country, but America is a Democratic Republic, not a tyranny.

Yeah, but laws get enforced and if you don't obey, you get fined, jailed or otherwise punished. Just in a democratic country you can start a petition and if you gather enough signatures they might change the law.

Not every law is enforced. There's a difference.

Depends on whatever crime or violation they find you doing. And if they even find you doing it. People get away with things every day

The case of finding out the crime is strongly hinten upon in my posts. Also, they might not catch you, but they may uncover evidence leading to you.

You guys really believe in democracy? There's no real democracy, you're just dancing to their music.

Well it's the best we've got. It's currently working so nobody's fixing it.

So that's why marijuana is illegal? Because the people want it to be? I could name countless instances of governments acting against the majority of voters in so called "democratic countries"

You elect them. If you want politicians who would agree to legalize marijuana, elect those kind of politicians.
