How does one go about ensuring a response from webmaster@btcguild.com?

I sent a message 3 or 4 days ago and haven't received a response.

Thanks

Wee, i hope you receive an answer soon, just make sure the address is not blocked by your antispam system.
On the other hand webmaster@whatever is usually one of the most spam-attacked addresses you have, so maybe your email got lost between spam, have you tried the other possibility they give you: IRC: #btcguild on FreeNode?

Please keep us informed if you had luck.
