Hello! I am a newbie here, I am here for 2 month and I need a loan. I dont have collateral but I can share my personal ID to make everything sure. I already did a succesful loaning with ArmandoComellas, sent back double amount of his asking. So, I am ready to pay back within max 14 days. And yes, you can ask ArmandoComellas about the loaning. I can see that you are a newbie why don't you try to make a loan request here but be aware that the O.P is also newbie.

To tell you the truth if you don't have a valid collateral no one would fill your loan request because that's how things is working here so we can easily liquidate a loan request upon being defaulted.
