The only way to check progress is by knowing how much you have made from Freerolls/bonuses and checking that same popup for the amount of rake paid.

That progressbar and value shows pure rake paid. It is at 0% because you are unranked at the moment and get no rakeback. BronzeStar starts at 1mbtc of rake paid. That enters you into the rakeback programme which is then paid out at the end of every month. For figures of the programme, you can check out our help page here: https://cryptopokerclub.io/help

Once you reach the end of that progressbar, it will show you as a BronzeStar and a new progressbar will appear going from 1-5mbtc. After reaching that then you will enter SilverStar and so on and so on.

Hi there, thanks for the warm words! For the Freeroll tournaments, the title its self says 'Freeroll' therefore it shouldn't be confusing. That value is required there because add-ons and rebuys are available but those come at a cost.

Could not find a email option but I waited for chat support for 15 minutes and left them my email to contact me back.
Still no way for me to play without creating a new account. Will give it another shot today and see if I get a different result.

Got a response and was told they already answered me but I have no evidence of this, will just have to believe them. Was told go ahead create a new account and no worries about being accused of multi accounting, but I want to make sure I have some kind of history showing that so I saved the email and going to leave this comment as well for future issues.

Played a freeroll to test and suspect they have multi account issues like Nitrogen because I played maybe two hands before the 100/200 blinds level. So I should have a very small range of top hands when I shove and I got called by 3 players with garbage. Bit suspect might just be familiar players knocking out the unknown but its a pattern to watch for me.

Right now as I type this - there are 53 online. Average players normally ranges from 40-60 daily online at the same time. The 0.01/0.02mBTC tables are the most played with a handful playing higher stakes on the 0.5/1mbtc heads up.

We made the entire software from scratch. I don't know of the Boss Network you mentioned. Looks wise naturally as there is so much out there, there will be similarities. We tried to make it in our own image as much as possible and do think we have done quite a few things differently.

As its still very early days for us, we are working on growing the traffic and hope to have between 200-400 daily active players by the end of the year.
