We recommend our users to provide documents in English, but if you do not have utility bill in English you can try to provide that utility bill which you have. And utility bill is required due to the fact that it shows current place of residence of client. Utility bill should be for the last 3 month.

For me it seems like you request more documents than you'd need from people that have their place of residence on their ID Card. The Place of residence on the ID Card is the one where the customer can be reached. It's the place he is located at most of the time.
The fact that you do not differentiate between ID Cards with and without a place of residence and the fact that you still insist on the utility bill even if the information you say you need from it is provided via the ID Card makes be feel uncomfortable using your service.

A German ID Card is a document to verify someones identity and his place of residence and I highly suggest to differentiate between ID Cards for the verification purpose, because there are lots of people that just don't get any utility bills with their name on it for a variety of reasons.

EUR that was charged to card: 16.78 EUR

That was my first and last transaction wit unichange.

Update: I got more information:

BTC at time of tx: 22.81 EUR.
Transfer from unique deposit address to unichange's own wallet: 0.001 BTC tx fee

BTC transfered to unichange's wallet 0.009 BTC -> 20.57 EUR at time of tx.

3 EUR minimum exchange fee 20.57 EUR -3 EUR = 17.57 EUR

That's what I would call hidden fees.

Usually no third party is involved in the exchange from BTC to EUR as you have EUR reserve.

And the 1% to 3% rate difference is significantly higher than the 0.9% you state on https://unichange.me/fees

Second bad experiance - very very long with dozens mails to mychoice and unichange supports transfer from paypal to mychoice

And now after few attemps to withdraw money from ATM i have BLOCKED CC status, after few bad attemps to wothdraw from ATM i have few times called to mychoice to listen PIN - everything fine but when i have request PIN - only silence

So i do not know what to do now - have writed again but i dont ever recieve any answers from mychoice

Can you please tell me if these limits are still good?  I've rules governing this have been changed recently.  It looks like it says that max lifetime load is only $240 and max ATM withdrawl is $100 on unverified cards.  Also, if limits have been lowered, do you just apply for another unverified card?
