today three time I was on site every time message we are all out very bad day for me Yeah, the blockchain.info outage affected our ability to sign-up advertisers, so for that day I think there was only one new advertiser, and it was restricted to certain countries. |

Added some FAQs. Some users were confused about how they cashout, what their balance is etc.

UPDATE
Added a support ticket and feedback system. Can be accessed by a fixed/sticky button saying "Feedback" on the right of the site. Powered by UserVoice.

Could you please consider adding a "pause campaign" button for advertisers? Sometimes it can be useful to stop a campaign for a certain time, e.g. if the advertised site is down for a while.

Yeah that's a good idea. Although, one has to consider the fact that at present, there are no user accounts/logins on visitbit. I'll need to think a bit longer about the implementation. Perhaps providing the advertisers with a unique URL to manage their campaign. |

I didn't preconceived that, but it could be a little annoying indeed, if anybody could pause one's campaign  I'll need to think a bit longer about the implementation. Perhaps providing the advertisers with a unique URL to manage their campaign.
