Looks like we are only 3-4 days out from the next block halving and it goes down to only 4 coins per block (~5700/day)

Gonna be interesting to see how that impacts the price.

It's been susceptible to a 51% attack for quite a while now.

I agree that the price will probably remain the same.  There might be a small upward trend the first couple of days on the hopes of going to the moon, but it will probably even back out.

Nobody gain something with a 51% attack. First of all, who want to do this? People that has been mining KDC for a long time, and are angry? But still then they will destroy all their coins too. Outside people? Why should they attack a worstless coin? A 51% attack only happens when DEV was not taking care of there miners. And we need to be right on this, DEV really try everything to get it promoted. They had personal lifes too, we have that also, remember.... As long as there are miners a coin is not dead. The problem is, now there are 300 coins, 1 year ago only 50 coins, and in November all those coins jump by 10000% or even more, to have this with all the coins now, it will be very hard. So maybe one day KDC will jump too, but those big jumps that happened in November 2013 with a lot of the altcoins will not happen with us.

There hasn't been a miner on the pool for a little less than a month.  I'd rather spin the server down and put it in hibernation than pay for something nobody is using.

It will be going offline on Friday, around noon PST.  You have until then initiate a coin transfer on any stored funds.  If you don't get your coins by Friday, they will go into a cold wallet, and will be used for promotional bonuses when the pool reopens.  I believe this is a fair amount of time to get anything owed to you, and is a fair means to redistribute the coins back to the community should you not care enough to claim your coins.
