The soft fork progresses through 4 phases:
    THRESHOLD_DEFINED,
    THRESHOLD_STARTED,
    THRESHOLD_LOCKED_IN,
    THRESHOLD_ACTIVE,
    THRESHOLD_FAILED,

Earliest we might see locked in is about 12 days from now.

Threshold = 70%
Period = 1 week

(1 week for Started, 1 week for Locked In & 1 week for active.. this is 2 weeks for each for LTC & BTC)

So to let the community know, right now there are ASIC manufacturers attempting to block segwit activation on LTC and BTC.
If we get activated we can prove the true decentralized power of multialgo mining to help prevent a single party from centralizing a blockchain through mining.

You can mine DigiByte on one of five separate mining algorithms. Each algo averages out to mine 20% of new blocks. This allows for much greater decentralization than other blockchains. In order for an attacker to hardfork DigiByte the attacker would need to control 93% of the hash rate on 1 algo, and 51% of the other 4 making DigiByte much more secure against PoW attacks than other blockchains.

There have been recent additions to stratum to allow for Segwit. Pools do need to have latest stratum updates. You can find more info here:

Thanks for this fix, I was impacted by this issue. Much better, less than 2min to load instead of 20 for the previous version.
