We totally agree with you. We think all the scams and bad execution are hurting ICOs. Governance solutions such as CGS could play a crucial role in making ICOs work on the long run.

Have you tried our testnet yet? It's currently working on Kovan (Ethereum) and will move to mainnet in September.
