To answer the OPs question, I dont think so, no. When you are a complete novice you should avoid day trading and even swing trading, but you would need some very basic knowledge to know when enter the market in the first place. But in time while gaining knowledge and experience TA is a must if you plan to swing trade and not hold your position.

I do not think that technical analysis is always a prerequisite, although it is quite useful. After all, you can achieve success without technical analysis, if you have professional friends in this field, an excellent community and other valuable resources to start.

Yeah, they (included me) need to learn that, it can help when we are trading. The most important is as a newbie we can't like a professional just because we know the technical analysis, we need experience too. So, we must learn a lot then we have an experience too.

I find technical analysis useless in crypto. I am not saying it is useless for everyone but unless you trade frequently and/or day trading then it generally doesn't make sense. Even in the stock market I rely mainly on fundamental analysis

Yes beginners need technical analysis. For me beginners need a assistant help with regards to cryptocurrency they should study first so they will know what to do and they will not lose what they have invested in putting money in cryptocurrency is not a joke. You need to understand it first before you invest because it will be hard and risky for the beginners to make double their investment, it is not a just 1 2 3 snap that you will earn without learning how to make a profit in cryptocurrency, many are losing what they invested is because they lacked of knowledge and they do not understand how to earn a big profit. I suggest they should keep time on reading about the cryptocurrency and join some groups that are into the cryptocurrency so they can understand and ask others on how to make a big earning and other ways on how they will earn from cryptocurrency.

Do you really think that eveybody needs to learn THAT when dealing with crypto? I bet you not everybody has the time and the enthusiasm to learn that. Cryptocurrency is like politics or religion. You can pick the bits and pieces of things that you want to learn to and not everything.
