I think this is helping people be introduced into cryptos through something they are already familiar with, which is huge for the community. Typically when I talk to non-crypto people, they usually ask what do I use it for and have a hard time understanding it. However, when given use case examples, they get it. It's kind of like asking people to explain how the internet works. Most people don't know how it works but they know what they do on the internet.

Seems it is a scam exchange! You can't withdraw your BTC because status forever will "Submitted" and never "Done", so you will not see your coins in the blockchain. I sent BTC and it still can not be seen.

Now, I have to be careful with this exchange. I checked the exchange and I'm not comfortable using this. Better trust the reliable ones.

I and several users can't withdraw our funds. No response from support
I'd not deposit anything to this site

you should be careful, at least until exchange solves this problem, I do not advise people to use this exchange
