Hello, just to share my experience, here my topic in the french froum
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=342491.0
I've been waiting 17 days to be credited on my btc-e account, so a lot of stress and anger, but they finally did it.
I think they are overtaken by events and the bitcoin rush...
So my advice is just keep one ticket (open a lot just take them more time to check all), and refresh it if they close it without any answer. Be patient, i think it's not a scam, just a small team and a small website which has increased to fast !!!

I have opened a dispute with my bank to try and get the money back. I have also reported them to the Financial Arbiter of Czech Republic where their bank account is based. Perhaps others should do this also.
The financial arbiter's email address is : arbitr@finarbitr.cz[1]
The details of the bank account where funds are 'mysteriously' going missing, or else being stolen in fact are :
Beneficiary: Mayzus Financial Services Ltd Beneficiary Address: Bldg 3, of. 201, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5YA, UK Beneficiary Account: 5543282/0800
Beneficiary IBAN: CZ22 0800 0000 0000 0554 3282
Beneficiary Bank: Ceska sporitelna a.s.
Beneficiary Bank Address: Olbrachtova 1929/62, Prague 4, 14000, Czech Republic
Beneficiary Bank SWIFT: GIBACZPX
Perhaps something might eventually be done - in the meantime, no one should send these guys money. They are thieves and will go out of business...they will steal lots more money first though.

Do as this guy above.

Edit: I will contact friends that work in the law industry in London to see to whom I may report them in the UK. I may also contact Citizens Advice Bureau (UK) to ask for info to where to report them to. They have helped me in the past.

If anyone can help name EU institutions or political organizations we may push or lobby in order to remedy our situation please post.

We don't accept any more international wire transfers from US Citizens or from US Bank
All transfers from UC Citizens or US Bank will be refused by bank

Our bank may ask your documents due to a high fraud activity. If you seen in your btc-e account a money hold please provide a copy of you ID and utility bill in high res quality (>300DPI), create ticket with your ID in subject at https://hdbtce.kayako.com and upload your docs inside
https://btc-e.com/profile#funds/deposit/usd

How often, or at which amount they ask for ID documents? Are deposits with 5k-10k USD faster, than minimum of 2k?

Just an update for me.
It's been over three weeks since I sent a wire. After about 1.5 of them closing tickets, etc etc - they finally reply saying: Funds are found, will add today. Need to see your company documents.

Sent company documents (along w/ all the ID, residence, bank + wire proofs) - and nothing for another 2 weeks, except for them closing the tickets. Funds have still not been added.

Finally thought: fuck it, I'll take my business to an exchange that's more professional (BitStamp) - but haha! They've slapped a 20 day withdrawal block on my account. Naturally, they're not replying to tickets, or when I send them the ID.

Seriously, great way to run a company guys.

Latest they responded at third day and solved every issue I had.
But at these days BTC becomes again much more popular, it should be self-evident that all this small BTC companies have problems to solve this amount of request, new costumers  etc...

It's good that you're adding PPC/USD support (I asked for it a month ago), and it's good that you are active on this forum, but what is going on with your support? Have you read the previous posts? Here's my issue: I attempted to transfer $35000 USD from btc-e to metatrader 4, and it never showed up. I've submitted many tickets, but no one has responded in 10 days. I know you are reading them because you have cleaned up several tickets with the same topic and merged them into one (#ZKU-282-17522). Please help!!

UPDATE: BTC-e fixed the problem, the money is back in my account. The actions I took were:

1. Posting on the newbie forum (since that was my only choice at the time)
2. Posting/quoting "btc-e.com" above
3. PMing btc-e.com on this forum
4. Emailing root.servers.btc@gmail.com and financial@btc-e.com instead of just support@btc-e.com (which just generates an automated response for you to submit a ticket)
5. Tweeting @btcecom with the problem
6. Commenting on the btc-e.com news tab, both under the MetaTrader 4 and most recent news articles
7. Submitted a ticket in Russian instead of English

I have no idea what got through to them, or whether it was the cumulative effort, but it worked. I suggest all those with continuing problems do the same.

I'm trying all the above, plus I sent a PM to user "finsupport" on their website.

I think they are updating site and system just because of this taking too much time hope they must reply you soon

For everyone who has 'success stories' - I can only assume it's the first time you've sent a wire.
they seem to add the first wire without delay, but the rest.. good luck.

. . . unless that transfer is large enough to be deemed useful, it seems. I haven't heard many stories of even several thousand dollars going through to BTC-e without some unexplained delay, whether first or subsequent transfer. I'm sure they let the first, small transfer through; after all, you have to gain people's trust somehow.

See http://www.coindesk.com/btc-e-exchange-banking-issues/.

I'm in my fourth week of waiting on a meaningful response to my first-transfer issues (#GBT-464-60851, if support is listening).

I have sent 3 wires in USD within one week and received them within 24-48 hours each.
After presenting them the ID i was able to withdraw BTC.
But... since their last upgrade early this week they stopped accepting wires from US, so i have to look for another exchange.

... Now how to get it back out.... Hmmm.

This just in... http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1s2f6j/dont_deposit_into_btce_withdrawals_arent_working/
EDIT: It seems withdrawals work for some people...

I'm also having trouble withdrawing from MetaTrader4... it's been 40h since I requested my withdrawal... and 8h ago requested another one...
EDIT2: I've finally been credited the funds from MT4 into btc-e account balance... it took 42h though...
