Hey everyone,

I was directed here by theymos. We need everyones help.

A former team member that had control over the bitcointalk account has performed vandalism, fraud, and is spreading complete information in order to damage the company's reputation. From the information that we have, hes modified the thread in order to make it appear that the company has committed fraud and if people want to receive a refund then they should send an email to the specified email address. He then will slowly engage these people in a plot against the company which will eventually lead them to lose money (obviously I cant provide all of the info to the public). His name is Andrey Shevtsov. He completely modified the bitcointalk thread for the PerksCoin ICO (he deleted the original cover for PerksCoin and replaced it with his own message)

Here is the bitcointalk thread; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2403127.0

We are currently in the process of opening and going to court against them.

Our Company is; CannaSOS Corp. I personally am Daniel Cheine, co-founder of the Company my email is danielc@cannasos.com . CannaSOS is the company that did the PerksCoin ICO.

Please help us or direct us to someone who can. This person is performing open sabotage.

Is there an option to delete the thread completely (as they used their account to open the bitcointalk thread) or allocate the thread under our control or revert the page to the previous order or...? I can provide all documentation to prove that it's me.

Any suggestions will be great.

Have you tried reporting that thread to moderator or making a new thread (like this one) as [ANN] to explain the situation? Not sure how that would go but if you point to this thread with "report to moderator" option, he'd probably be able to delete it.

Need some spare btc for a new PC that can at least run Adobe Dreamweaver.

Since this case falls (somehow) under the following rules, then most likely nothing will/can be done (unfortunately):

19. Possible (or real) scams and Trust ratings are not moderated (to prevent moderation abuse).
Q: Do you moderate/delete (possible) FUD, accusations and untrue information?
A: No. We don't have enough time to check every single piece of information and verify the validity of the sources. Also, just like scams - too much room for bias and abuse.

No.

or allocate the thread under our control
The other user (vkitaebiz) should agree (highly unlikely).

or revert the page to the previous order or...?
No.

Not sure if this helps you in any way but here's a "google's cache of the thread on May, 17".

First of all you should have created ANN thread with your company account CannaSOS.

Secondly it looks like it's a dispute of payment between you and vkitaebiz. I guess you are not satisfied from his work and he want his money. Well frankly speaking nobody can help you here, as being a third person Mods or Admins can's judge who is right or wrong? You guys have to solve the matter outside of bitcointalk. He is free to right to any thing in his thread.

It seems an internal company issue to me. I'm sure the Bitcoin talk problem is just one of many if you have such a kind of internal misunderstanding with one of your associates. There's nothing we can do, for it is your word against another's one, and we are not there to judge or to take sides, for it is not the Forum responsibility, but yours only.
You've mentioned you're already going against him in court. Well, I think this is the only way of resolving that. Meantime, in case you're right (I repeat, we don't know the history), just save all those threads so you can use as a proof if validated.
