I even installed another wallet in another computer, imported the private keys but nothing happens, still unable to see the funds. Is there any way you can help? it would be very appreciated.

"could not allocate vin"  can have many causes :

Maybe your collateral staked , and is not longer available as collateral

some wallets give this message when the collateral is locked,  unlock it and start the MN ( lock it later )

I have the same problems. Why there is no update information about setting the master nodes, especially after the collateral has been changed to 50.000 coins LNP?
The discord community is dead, there are no live developers at there.
