BLOC update 2 weeks after launchLet’s take a break 5 minutes and do a short preview of what happened the last 2 weeks and what is going to happen in a near future.
What happened last two weeks:1. BLOC.MONEY was launched on 22th May 2018
2. BLOC got listed on ALTEX exchange the second day of it’s launch

What is happening now ?The core development team is working on resolving two main issues. Both issues are related to scaling and will resolve themselves with time as the network matures. We have manual fixes for both, hence they are not critical, but they need to be dealt with in order to provide a better user experience.
1. Big transactions getting stuck: these are already mostly resolved through optimization, a feature available in all clients. We believe a little more work could can be done on our side, by adding more accurate protections in the core and troubleshooting guides for users.
2. Blockchain getting stuck when too many optimizations are performed in the same block: we will provide an update in the coming days to prevent this issue from happening by improving our block sizes calculations.
3. The Android app is still in development, with a release date set for July
4. We are still dealing with Apple regarding the iOS app. For now we do not have good or bad news. We are in the process to confirm our developer account. We had to re-register our account as the one we were using was a personnal account and this is not allowed by Apple. More details should come next week.
5. We are working on something new for BLOC.MONEY we called it the BLOC dashboard. We think using crypto curencies should be easy for everyone, anywhere, this is the reason why we made this dashboard, to keep you connected with the BLOC network and get the most profits out of it. The BLOC Dashboard will include the following features. We have added Airdrop missions, affiliates program, automatic payment system and an exclusive section called My Store. Everyone will be able to list a business accepting BLOC very easy and promote it on the network. The listing will be free but we might offer some options at extra costs.
Daniel, our security expert is working hard on one of the key product of BLOC that we hope we can annonce soon. It is related to the BLOC decentralised exchange. We did not had the chance to explain what is all about, all we can say for now is BLOC decentralized exchange will be the most innovative and most secure crypto curency exchange ever released until now.
We plan to release the core update with the previous points explained in this post including the BLOC dashboard at the end of next week. The entire team is focus on this task right now.
The BLOC.MONEY whitepaper has not yet been published. We would like to wait for our mobile app to publish our complete white paper. As soon as the iOS or Android mobile app will be online we will publish the BLOC white paper and explain the entire vision of the BLOC project during it’s long life.
