I think it is people that are interested in owning and using Frozen - a non premined alt. People have been mining for about 5 weeks now and the block reward is decreasing every day making it harder to mine.

This is good for the community. I'm sure there will be a dip, as there is with every increase, but it will just continue to progress.

Something tells me the sudden interest is because BTC38 is adding two new coins in like two hours to their exchange.  Maybe some people think frozen will be one of them.

Feww.... hard to mine... around 80FZ/day with 40x  i7 threads.
I hope someday they will get the price of 1 xpm (0.004btc)... but difficulty is still to low to get such a price  Grin

Edited: oops, not 40 cores, but 40 threads  Tongue

Release v1.1.0.8 (Win + Mac + Lin64)
Dear all,

I've just released the new Release v1.1.0.8. I recommend an upgrade, even though it is not strictly necessary or urgent. The Windows release has now the QR code functionality included, and there is the first time a Linux variant (for the beginning only for 64 bit variants). I wait a bit for your feedback before updating the bct-thread.

*** As for all upgrades: please make a backup of your wallet.dat to be on the safe side ***

Binaries:
v1.1.0.8 Windows (for 32 + 64 bit)
v1.1.0.8 Mac (OSX Intel)
v1.1.0.8 Linux (64bit)

Changes of v1.1.0.8:
added rpc command "getcoinsupply [blockheight]" and the entry coinsupply for the rpc command "getinfo"
added tests for the total coin supply and found a bug for late blocks. After fix: block 1,691,867 is the last last block allowing a reward, it is scheduled to be mined about 560 days after block one
added rpc command "getblockreward [blockheight]"
fixed the parametrized version of "getnetworkhashps"
added checkpoint for block 77778 (first block with reduced reward)
removed an unused seed node source

Anyone else lose FZ coins withdrawn from guogao.com?
I lost 3 FZ withdrawals now. One to the wallet of mine and 2 to coinedup.
Seems like it's randomly failing to send them but recording them as sent.

We are certain it's an exchange issue. Just have to find English support or someone that can help.

Anyone know the operators and speak Chinese...heh?

Just wanted to say Trenton is one of the best Devs of any coin I have ever seen.
He personally helped me with an issue and responded very fast.

I have been trading Frozen and I think it may show up on BTC38 and or Cryptsy in the near future.
BTC38 actually has two more open slots and from the looks of how they move things around
on the little alt coin page FZ has a really good chance of being one of the next two coins.
And Cryptsy is highly likely in the next couple weeks also. So one of the few coins out there
you can call an "investment".

FZ is one of my favs.

I think the community here is one of the best I have seen since he took over.

I would not be surprised to see FZ trading at a 3 million -5 million market cap in a couple weeks
or so. It's moving quickly. Maybe less time? Will see. Fun ride.

Yes Trenton is really dedicated, he helped me when I had some wallet problems at the start of the coin. This coin is only 6 weeks old and has acquired major progress, wait til it gets on a better exchange! Cheesy
