number of posts vs number of activity of a user in bitcointalk.org

Activity is number of posts or 14 * number of two-weeks period of use of the forum, which one is smaller

I see the following on a user profile,

Name:   ----------
Posts:   1146
Activity:   70
Position:   Full Member

Can anyone tell me whats the difference between posts and activity?
