SWAPS.NETWORK is currently holding the second round of their IEO on the COSS Liftoff platform.
The first round was on Bitforex.

"SWAPS.NETWORK is an OTC Global Liquidity Pool. It accumulates all deals on the market and connects sellers and buyers from around the world.
SWAPS.NETWORK provides fully decentralized OTC solutions. Users can make OTC deals without a 3rd party or escrow."

Token Use
The token SWAP bears a pure utility role:

SWAP creation fee
  • Payment for additional deal’s options (long period of validity, number of participants, etc.)
  • Token listing fee (any token can be used for swap, but the presence of a token in the list increases confidence and does not require control of the token address)
  • Payment to external services for attracted customers (payment is made on behalf of SWAPS.NETWORK)
  • Fee for promotional listing (mailing, posting on the site, in social networks, etc.)
  • Discounts

Token data:
  • Total supply 10.000.000SWAP
  • 70%TOKEN SALE
  • 15% TEAM (BLOCKED) -12% will be unfrozen each time in the amount of 3% over 4 years
  • 10% BOUNTY (BLOCKED) 5 % of tokens will be frozen for a year.
  • 5% ADVISORS (BLOCKED) 2.5 % of tokens will be frozen for a year.

Token price is 0.043USD, you get a 3% bonus if you pay with $COS on COSS.
Softcap is ~20% and unsold tokens will be burned.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.
