Cryptsy, Help needed!!

I booked a ticket on cryptsy 5 days ago about the disappearence of my BTC after a trade. I didn't get any responses or emails from them till now. But from yesterday an agent is assigned and my ticket status shows "Awaiting your reply". To what do I reply here..? What's the next step of the process..? Some body please help.. Screenshot below..

Cryptsy have a very slow system, sometimes it takes an age for trades to go through and for your totals to display in your account.
