Just to confirm, this auction is only for the bitcoins from the gamblers?
Or is this auction for the complete website, code, domain?
Hey , complete website .
Proof you are the owner? Can you upload a document to the website with your username?

that proves you have access to the site, not that you are the owner.

On that line of questioning I have a few to add

* do you own the rights to all the games, images and code used to make this site?

* What issues have there been with this site?

* can we see records of profits and losses for the lifetime of this website?

* what things need to be fixed? What are the long term goals for development?

* is the site made with any framework?

* Would the hosting need to change? If not, what are the costs involved?

* any other information about it's value, it's customers, any other services that are included in this ( twitter? ) or anything else that would contribute to this auction.

* Why does your profile have a poor rating?

* why are users warning that you're a scammer and your site steals their coins?

This is a SCAM!

Seller agreed to 2.5 BTC sale.

Seller agreed to escrow ( after a lot of complaining ), which I setup and had to pay all fees for.

WE were in full communication over Skype up until the moment the escrow was filled with funds.

Seller INSTANTLY marked the escrow as shipped

Seller DID NOT continue any communications with me or reply to any of my messages from that moment forward. It's been over 3 and a half hours since hearing from him.

I now need to dispute the escrow.

if you bid 0.2+ without escrow we can close it.

thanks.

Good luck getting your funds back...sorry to hear it was worth a shot i guess. Make sure you have proof of the communication you had thus far.
