What I meant was: as soon as enough shares are bought on glbse, I will exchange the BTC for USD and buy a share of the film on PMF.

"Basic Account", yes, seen that. This is something I would have to sort out before "going public". I doubt it'd be troublesome to get an account specifically for buying these shares... after all, there is nothing offered in return in this case (dividend or ownership), is there?
