Heh, at the least.

Seriously, I don't think Bitcoin is going to increase the production of any prohibited product much, whether it's moonshine, pot, or whatever. It will likely facilitate it's trade, however. Make it much more easy, and safe. This will probably lower the price a bit, which means people will be able to get the same amount for less money. Which in turn will free up more funds for other things. If anything, I predict a bump in snack food sales.
