Suppose I have made three transactions with zero fee. Now I have made the fourth transaction with a good transaction fee. In this case, wont the miner be forced to take the first three in his block to take the fourth one's transaction fee ?

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

You mean if they all depend on one another? (e.g. 2nd uses outputs from 1st)

Yes, but I would be surprised if miners would check for that.

I understand miners wont check for that, but I can see zero fee transactions dont get confirmed these days as the network tends to accept paid transactions only. So if someone cover zero fee transactions this way, can those transactions remain unconfirmed anymore ?

Yes.  Until miners start noticing the profit that they can gain by looking at the fees of child transactions.
