There's a very small service I would like to get off the ground but it isn't worthy of creating a web page and all the other work required to get it moving.

It could be a good way to expand the site. I'm willing to be your first experiment if you would like try.

I'm trying to contribute to the Swedish translation, but have a problem. On the translation page, I see the following text: "[Show outdated] - [Show all] - [Search]"
Show outdated is in bold. How am I supposed to interpret that? I don't want to spend time on translating outdated texts that are no longer in use. I only want to show the "in use" texts that are of actual value to the site. Is this some kind of error, or am I just misinterpreting it?

I know some translation tools and they remove unused texts and assume that texts that changed in the primary language should be re-translated in other languages, too and this might be called "outdated" and get a high priority.

Also there is a wrong flag on the bottom of the page. I reported that but it is still uncorrected.

@tosku, Giszmo is right, on that "Show outdated" page are the translations displayed that have to be (re) done because they are new strings or we have updated the original string.

@allten, Memory dealers, barbarousrelic. So far we have some xrated categories but from today on you can also suggest single items to be xrated and report items because of other reasons. Check out the "Report item" link below the item description. Xrated items are censored from the item lists when you are not logged in and completely hidden from item lists if you have unchecked "Show adult content" in your settings. We may improve our youth protection the next days. (At this time direct links to xrated items do always work)

Another suggestion: When someone clicks my user link, like the one in my signature, I think it would be better if the items for sale was displayed before the feedback section. Or maybe the feedback part could be smaller and dont require so much scrolling to get past. Another possibility is an anchor to link directly to the items for sale.

- Delete items from "Sell area -> Not sold"
- Copy and paste textbox for addresses on the order page
- Fixed a bug on the checkout page that mixed the items when a user has ordered from multiple sellers

BTW, ideas to help improve an already good site if you want something to do ;-)

1) 2 factor auth, i.e. Google Authenticator or Perfect Paper Passwords

2) Ability to show ebay results side by side without having to visit that site thus we can make this our default site

3) Some kind of API to enable others to achieve the above ^

4) PGP key ID for those who want to transfer their ID from somewhere else

5) In the API, something to enable automatic digital delivery, perhaps an email with payment notification and a key (to avoid spoof attacks), or something more slick like the ability to actually host the thing being sold and automatically sending it. Could be useful for those selling prepay phone credit

Bitmit is seriously lacking in a "completed items" search function. It would encourage a lot more sellers if they knew how much items sold for on your site.
