How do I find a CEO for my startup?

And I thought to ask this serious question, and get some serious answers, because I me and my team are in need for a CEO at the moment, that knows the Blockchain and the Crowdfunding. Why not hire a business professional in the C-level executive for advise or some sort, and be the CEO for your business. It's your business after all. You should be the one responsible for your company. This way, you will be able to direct the ship wherever you want to.
