Hello there guys, this is a question that already has an answer, but needs time and research to find an appropriate one. And I thought to ask this serious question, and get some serious answers, because I me and my team are in need for a CEO at the moment, that knows the Blockchain and the Crowdfunding. Thank you for your time!

Why not hire a business professional in the C-level executive for advise or some sort, and be the CEO for your business. It's your business after all. You should be the one responsible for your company. This way, you will be able to direct the ship wherever you want to.

In addition, you’re also going to have to sell them on the opportunity and why they should join your mission. It won’t be easy, but if you present to them a great opportunity that they can believe in, you’ll have a new leader.

Finding such person, who will be ready to free up his/her time and head from the current interests and devote him/herself to a new startup, is not a trivial task.

The most natural thing to do in most instances is to choose someone from your own lines, i.e. already working in your company. This is the best thing to do, since the most important task for a CEO is to be an interlink between the company and the outer world. It's imperative that your coming CEO knows everything about your company.
