Streamcoin is a scrypt-based cryptocurrency system.
https://i.imgur.com/cUJLtES.png
Algorithm: Scrypt
Total coins: 84,000,000
Block time: 30s
Block reward: 50, halve each 840,000 blocks
Premine: 6000 blocks for the game platform below

Basically this is a coin for related games, such as this one:

http://s-89976.abc188.com/ (the withdraw will be added by today)

if there are players I'd love to add more games based on this coin.

POOL:

rpcpassword=<password>
server=1
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1

Start your miner (e.g., minerd, cudaminer, cgminer) with the following code:
minerd:
Code:
minerd-x86_64-avx.exe -a scrypt -o http://127.0.0.1:40456 -u streamcoinrpc -p <password>
cudaminer:
Code:
cudaminer.exe --url=http://127.0.0.1:40456 --userpass=streamcoinrpc:<password>

Thank you. As far as i know even with cpu you can easily mine some in less than 1 minute. After I post here I stopped mining immediately so probably there's no other competitors lol.

I'll check it out. You should also include the source code as well # total coins that will be mined in the post. Also the wallet says LiteCoin.

These altcoins seem to be coming in too quickly. I think the real money is making a shitcoin, blasting it in forums and dumping them when price increase.

Its like a coin everyday.. how long do y'all actually spend developing these things? 3 hours?

So I tested out the dice game which was fairly fun (although I lost 100 coins Tongue). I noticed that the return on your bet when is a little less than the bet itself. Does that extra bit go back into the reserves for the game, and how does it determine what your return is (it looks like maybe percentage base)?

Sure many coins seem to have been released recently, but I don't care. I like the novelty of the whole thing (who else can say they own a bunch of coin x?) It's just something fun to screw around with, and if they become worth something later than all the better Cheesy

Yes. Later I'll add the explanation of the rull. Basically the thing is 95% for a win so 5% will be reserved.

Hey swfly,

I also cannot sync the QT client.  You have a sample conf?  a set of dedicated nodes?

Thanks

Thanks,

That kicked the QT into gear.

Unfortunately - the ip 211.149.162.72 - is not accessible.   Traceroute and it dies at the second Verizon FIOS hop for me

"Network Unreachable"

Usually means there is NO routing entry in the SP BGP table... it's weird.   So no access to the dice game for me ;>
