i stated in the message when i replied i don't use nor will i ever use paypal maybe it was a communication problem also the rate you are asking is pretty high

yea ordinarily i would send first but i need the btc for a purchase of hardware today or tomorrow it would take atleast 3 days for me to receive the btc this way so i was looking to sell either mp or reload or some other form of payment besides postal money order
