COIN-E SCAM!!!!!! Made a pretence of fixing things and all they did is say theyd paid the 2BTCs , but its 2 the WRONG adrress!!!! R these people idiots??? How hard is it to look at the address on the blockchain to verify if its the correct one??? @ BTCs still missing and now their so called support ,Mathew, has unfollowed me so i cant even send him dms asking for my btcs back!!!!! unbelievable way to do business!! Thes guys are proper cowboys, stay the hell away from Coins-e!!!!!

They have locked up my 1.46437914 bit coins for over a week now. I have no outstanding offers/trades

I sent 3 support messages which were ignored.

I then sent another support message being a bit threatening to expose them on forums. They responded almost immediately (by closing my ticket with no explanation)

@crackers44 - Your ticket was closed and merged with your previous ticket regarding the same issue that we did respond to. I understand your frustration and we are working to resolve your issue right now.

    This problem has been solved.  Thanks guys.  I've deposited and withdrawn other coins with out problems.  I have noticed every so often you need to use their tool to run the block chain and get things confirmed.  I've used it a couple of times and the coins show up in my balance in seconds.  Thanks for a good exchange.

Miracles do happen!!! After 4 months of waiting and regular emails and tweets finally Coins-E have sorted my issue out and paid me my 2 missing BTCs.   Am still in a state of shock!!!!
